All urns are inspected thoroughly and carefuly wrapped with multiple layers of protective film to make sure the Urns arrive in perfect condition.

We also understand that in this situation, time is of the essence so all Orders are processed and shipped on the same business day if the order is placed before 3PM eastern time and the following business day if the order is placed after.

We use Canada Post’s shipping service for all deliveries across North America. Here are the estimated transit time based on your location:

You can return your Urn at any moment within (10) days of the delievery date as long as it’s still in brand new and resalable condition. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees to return the item. Shipping fees are not refundable and if your order qualified for free shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
