How long will it take to get my order?
All orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same business day (for free!). Shipping takes 1-5 business days within Canada and 4-10 business days to customers in the United States. Faster shipping options are also available at checkout.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Montreal, Canada and that’s where all orders are shipped from.
Is local pick up available?
At this time, local pick up is not available. You can always visit one of our retailers near you.
Can you ship directly to a funeral home or crematorium?
Yes we can. We strongly advise you to ask them first.
Can I buy an urn from you and bring it to the funeral home?
Of course you can! Legally speaking, you can buy an Urn from a local artist, online or even a competing funeral home and bring it to the funeral home or crematorium and they can’t refuse it or charge any additional fees to handle the urn of your choice.
Do you have a return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your urn for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
